Habitat for Humanity

Volunteers work with a local chapter. The church also supports Habitat through special donations of building supplies.

One Day of Giving

Each year in December, FBC members give a special gift offering for foreign missions. These offerings have been used to support missionaries in Rwanda, Morocco, Botswana, Russia, and Liberia.

Bulgarian Orphanage Missions

In 2007, First Baptist Church of Commerce started a relationship with Kris and Teddy Angelov and Alongside Bulgaria. Alongside Bulgaria is an international partnership of people dedicated to helping children in Bulgaria that believe that the most effective way to help is to support the work of Bulgarian Christians among their own people, by standing and serving alongside them.  Each year since 2007, FBC Commerce has sent volunteers to Bulgaria to nurture our relationship with the orphans and staff at the orphanage.
